July Thunder Moon

So many moons have past by

Oh how my lonely heart doth cry

July's Thunder Moon is coming strong
it's waxing is matching my love for so long

I watch the Thunder Moon's light
my soul thunders back all through the night
July's southern humid air blurs the edges out like an eraser smudging a charcoal all about

I am trying to be so strong; another full moon
I wait, watch, work, trust; since last June I have to surrender all to God for He is at work plowing hearts like sod
July Thunder Moon, your beat is pounding warning a storm for power is mounting to break the weak at heart
to call out for the warrior's part
answer the swelling moon light
for what is wanted will be quite a fight
