Apostasy ~ What Jude calls out of the church

A rguing against the truth

P eople who are fearlessly destructive to the fellowship

O bstructing the flock from purity and truth

S omeone who turns their back on the faith and uses the   Bible to turn away others

T eaches that sin is okay in a church to embrace unbiblical views

A genda driven, not lead by the spirit, tradition and programs rule

S elfish, only caring for themselves, they are the hidden reefs that shipwreck the church

Y oked to the way of Baal, carrying out false teaching

Calling out those who are practicing apostasy is the believers responsibility.  The false teachers teach a false gospel to comfort those in their sin.  Unstable men follow religious fads and adapt their world view to those they are around.

S pine issues, false doctrine must be addressed by the saints and eliminated

I nvasion of false teachers, Jude warns us to beware of in the fold

O ust man's religiosity and walk intimately with Christ

N ecessity of contending earnestly for the faith

A ppealing his family in Christ to defend the gospel

T rue disciples of Christ are free from God's wrath

E xecuting GRACE with courage

Jude, the bond servant of Christ and James brother, thunder in his blood!
quote from Nathan Duncan, my pastor.

Jude warns us of the false preachers/teachers.  Their theology can be ever so amazing but their morality sucks.  They justify themselves by His grace, they are phoney and frauds, not Christian at all.  Titus 1:16 also warns us of them, "they profess to know God but their deeds deny it"   America, our churches are full of the false prophets!  Very few know the narrow way in the church!

Luke 7: A parable of the two debtors.......

Grace
G ratefully given
R adically unbalanced
A bounding abundantly
C onfounds the mind of man
E xtolled onto an undeserving people
cjennylynn 9-11

The undeserving woman understood her desperate need for Jesus and washed his feet with her tears, kisses, and hair with fragrant oil.
The religious self righteous ones, were embarrassed by her presence and didn't understand their desperate need for God and didn't even offer the basic hospitality to the son of God.
The one forgiven much will love much!
